🛒 Big W

• Successfully sourced and managed the Christmas campaign across 177 Big W store locations nationally over four consecutive years (2017–2021).

• Adapted swiftly during COVID-19, creating and managing over 2,500 virtual Santa sessions to ensure children could meet Santa safely from their homes.

• Managed the national Christmas campaign across 216 Harvey Norman stores every weekend in November and December (2012–2015).

• Sole supplier for Christmas activations across all Qantas Lounges nationally.

• Delivered engaging, festive entertainment for premium customers.
  
  

🛬 Sydney Airport

• Provided roving Santa performers throughout Sydney Airport during the Christmas season.

• Coordinated closely with airport security and customs to meet strict aviation and operational standards.
  
  
  

🌏 International Engagements

• Delivered professional Western Santa Claus performers for prestigious shopping centre activations in Singapore, Japan, and Dubai.

• Long-term engagement with Cluny Court supplying entertainment including flights, accommodation and per dium. 

• Managed all performer logistics, accommodation, flights, visa and per dium. Advised cultural adaptation and high-scale shopping centre requirements

🤝UK partnership 

• Partnered with Ministry of Fun UK and Jimmy Wales (creator of Wikipedia) to offer global Santa video calls during Covid19 lockdowns.

• Handled all video calls for this timezone.
