Online Santa Experience – Reaching Every Child

Book A Santa is committed to helping Myer deliver Christmas magic to all children, including those in regional or remote areas who may not have access to an in-store Santa visit.

To support this goal, we propose an Online Santa Experience — a personalised virtual session that allows children to connect with Santa from the comfort of their home.

How It Works

• Families book a time slot via a dedicated online platform (e.g., Calendly or an intregrated platform from the photographer)

• Sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom)

• A dedicated Elf uses a performer iPad or phone as Santa’s virtual camera, creating a seamless live interaction

• Children chat with Santa, share their Christmas wishes, and enjoy a personalised experience using light details provided in advance by the parent (e.g., names, favourite colours, hobbies)

We recommend a streamlined platform like Calendly, which we have used successfully in past campaigns, but are happy to integrate with Myer’s existing photography or booking systems.

Online Santa – Setup & Integration Cost Estimate

Book A Santa proposes to utilise existing performers, costumes, and technology already in place for in-person activations. Therefore, the only additional cost would relate to the setup and integration of the online component mentioned under quote and pricing submission.
