Michelle Drinnan
Company Director
Michelle is a passionate advocate for community theatre and deeply believes in its positive impact on young people. Her dedication to creativity, performance, and youth development has shaped both her personal and professional journey. At just 19 years old, she launched Book A Santa, which has since grown into Australia’s leading supplier of professional Santa Claus performers. Her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence led to her being shortlisted for the prestigious Telstra Businesswoman.
Jairah Bronzal
Admin Manager
Jairah—affectionately known as Jai—has been a valued member of the Book A Santa team for nearly eight years. Working remotely from the Philippines, Jai brings dedication, warmth, and a unique cultural perspective to every aspect of her role. Her strong work ethic and commitment have made her an integral part of our operations. Being part of an Australian company has allowed Jai to support both her children and extended family, and we’re proud to have her as a core part of our team.
Paul Holmes
Office Manager
With a background in community theatre and performing, Paul brings both creativity and organisation to his role at Book A Santa. He now manages the day-to-day office operations, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Chances are, it’s Paul’s cheerful voice you’ll hear when you give us a call. A self-confessed nerd with a passion for travel, Paul originally hails from the UK and adds a friendly dose of British charm to the team.
Lachy Case
Costume Management
Lachy is our resident jack-of-all-trades, with a flair for all things creative and hands-on. He manages our extensive collection of costumes, ensuring each one is maintained to the highest standard and ready for every performance. In addition to his behind-the-scenes magic at Christmas, Lachy also handcrafts our Easter mascot costumes and equipment—including our beloved Easter bunnies. His creativity and attention to detail bring the festive spirit to life year-round.
Work/Balance
At Book A Santa, we value a healthy work/life balance. Our standard operating hours are 10 am to 4 pm, though these extend during the busy Christmas season. We discourage non-urgent calls outside of these hours and actively encourage our staff to adopt flexible schedules that honour their family and personal commitments. We believe in mental health days. We believe in achieving results without resorting to rigidity, allowing our team to thrive both professionally and personally.
Ethics
At Book A Santa, we strongly believe in giving back to the community. Our team leads by example—Michelle, a dedicated board member of a volunteer-run community theatre, was recently honoured with a life membership for her contributions. Jairah is actively involved with local Girl Guides groups, supporting the development and empowerment of young girls. Community spirit and service are at the heart of what we do, both professionally and personally.
