Scope of Services – Book a Santa and Myer
Book A Santa will source, supply, and manage the provision of Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, and Elf performers across four flagship Myer stores and 30 additional stores throughout Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, and Tasmania during the Christmas season.
Our responsibilities will include:
Recruitment and Booking: Recruiting, screening, and securing all performers.
Training: Providing comprehensive training sessions (in-person and online) to ensure high performance standards.
Implementing all Myer Health and Safety protocols, including performer inductions and incident reporting processes.
Working With Children Checks: Ensuring all performers hold valid Working With Children (WWC) checks.
Uphold ethical and socially responsible conduct across all engagements, consistent with Myer’s Ethical Sourcing Policy.
Costuming: Supplying professional costumes and maintaining them to a high standard throughout the season.
Scheduling: Creating and managing performer schedules for all participating stores.
Performance Management: Regularly checking in with performers and providing hands-on support throughout the season.
Communication: Acting as the primary liaison with Myer, ensuring smooth, clear communication at all times.
Customer Feedback Management: Receiving, handling, and resolving any customer feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
Operational Reporting: Providing regular performance and operational updates to Myer throughout the campaign.
Issue Resolution: Swiftly addressing and resolving any operational or staffing issues that arise

Book A Santa has made the decision not to tender for the photography component of Myer's Christmas program. Our expertise lies in providing exceptional entertainment, and while we have the capability to recruit and manage photography services, we believe it is in Myer’s best interest for us to focus solely on delivering what we do best. By specialising exclusively in Santa Claus performers and Christmas entertainment, we can ensure the highest possible quality and magical experience for Myer’s customers.
Sets and Scenery
Book A Santa does not supply sets, thrones or scenery. We specialise in entertainment, however we are happy to recommend some trusted companies who specialise in sets including delivery and install.
