To ensure seamless service delivery and accountability at all locations, Book A Santa follows a structured booking confirmation and check-in process with every client:
✅ 1. Client Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed in writing via email or an online form
Includes full campaign or store-specific details
✅ 2. Booking Confirmation Pack
Clients receive a Booking Confirmation Form outlining:
Date and time of appearance and/or shift dates
Performer details (if pre-assigned)
Location setup and expectations
Costume or promotional requirements (if applicable)
Contact details for the Book A Santa support team
✅ 3. Pre-Event Call
A team member will call the client 24–48 hours before the event
Confirm all event details
Reconfirm performer arrival time, parking access, and store contacts
Answer any last-minute questions
✅ 4. Day-of Check-In
Performers check-in with the client upon arrival and again when departing
Any issues or changes are logged and communicated to Book A Santa HQ in real-time
✅ 5. Payment
Unless part of a pre-agreed invoicing cycle (e.g., Myer campaign), performers are paid immediately after the event with a valid invoice submission.

Scale nationally with ease, engaging trusted talent across all regions without being restricted by traditional staffing limitations
Offer flexibility in scheduling, allowing performers to choose shifts that suit their availability, which supports morale, reliability, and retention
Maintain clear contractual expectations, with the ability to replace or reassign performers quickly if needed
Remain compliant with Australian employment regulations while ensuring performers receive above-award rates and superannuation
This approach ensures a high-quality, responsive, and sustainable performer network that can meet the unique seasonal demands of the Myer campaign.
