Myer may either confirm trading/event hours for each store or request Book A Santa to provide recommendations in consultation with store teams.
Deadline: Final hours must be confirmed by the first week of September to secure performer allocations.
✅ 2. Approvals Required
Giveaways: Confirmation of selected items or alternate preferences.
Activities: Approval of proposed activities or feedback to explore alternatives.
✅ 3. Store-Level Operational Information
Contact person for each store
Santa set up a location within the store
Change room access (especially for regional locations)
Parking details for performers and support staff
✅ 4. Santaland-Specific Details
Opening dates per store
Myer onsite contact person for each location
VIP or special event dates (e.g., Bourke Street Window events, VIP nights)
Availability of change rooms at all Santaland locations
Parking access or permit processes
Bump in dates

Confirmation if Myer wishes to attend, co-deliver, or simply be updated on training sessions for performers
